Accommodation Rules
-
Only a duly registered guest may stay in the accommodation facility. For this purpose,
the guest shall present to the staff member upon arrival their ID card, passport,
or another valid identity document. -
Visitors to a guest room must be announced at the reception upon arrival and approved
by both the accommodated guest and the reception staff. - Accommodation may only be used by persons who are not suffering from infectious diseases.
-
A guest may be accommodated from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. The room is reserved
for the guest until 8:00 PM on the day of arrival, and until that time the guesthouse
is obliged to accommodate the guest unless otherwise stated in the booking. If the guest
does not arrive by that time, the guesthouse may freely dispose of the room. -
The guesthouse provides services to guests in the scope and quality determined by the
applicable regulation on the categorisation of accommodation facilities under which
the guesthouse is classified. -
When taking over the room, the guest shall, in their own interest, check the condition
and functionality of the room equipment and immediately report any defects to the
operator of the accommodation facility. -
The guest acknowledges that, during the entire rental period, a housekeeper, maintenance
worker, or another person authorised by the managing director of the company may enter
the room in order to perform their work duties. -
The guest pays the accommodation bill in accordance with the valid price list, usually
before the beginning of the stay or as otherwise agreed. -
In exceptional cases, the guesthouse may offer the guest different accommodation
(another room) than originally agreed, provided that it does not materially differ
from the confirmed booking. -
In the room and common areas of the accommodation facility, the guest may not,
without the consent of the management, make any changes to the equipment or interfere
with electrical or other installations. -
The operator of the accommodation facility is responsible for jewellery, money,
and other valuables only if these were taken into safekeeping (hotel safe)
by the accommodation facility. - Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
-
For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age may not be left unattended
by an adult in the room, hallways, or other common areas of the accommodation facility. -
When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to close the water taps, switch off
electrical appliances and room lighting, and close the doors and windows. -
After the agreed accommodation period ends, the guest must leave the accommodation
facility by 10:00 AM. If the guest fails to do so, the guesthouse has the right
to charge for an extended stay according to the valid price list. -
If the guest requests an extension of their stay, the guesthouse may offer
a different room than the one in which the guest was originally accommodated. -
The guest is liable under applicable regulations for damage caused to the property
of the guesthouse and for the loss of keys. -
The following is prohibited throughout the entire guesthouse premises, in particular:
- damaging or destroying the property of the guesthouse, handling any technical or technological equipment, or carrying out any activities that endanger the safety of the guesthouse property or persons on the premises,
- behaving in an anti-social, disorderly, or otherwise unacceptable manner, whether verbally or physically,
- smoking (smoking is allowed only in the designated area in front of the building),
- possessing or using narcotics and other intoxicating or prohibited substances,
- bringing live animals into the guesthouse,
- bringing in or keeping items that endanger public safety, life, or health of guests and staff,

- handling open fire,
- using any electrical appliances other than personal hygiene devices,
- without prior written permission of the company’s managing director, assigning or providing accommodation to persons who are not guests of the guesthouse,
- bringing firearms or other dangerous items into the guesthouse.
-
The guest is obliged to comply with these accommodation rules from the moment
they rent the room. -
In the event of a serious breach of these rules, the management of the accommodation
facility has the right to withdraw from the accommodation service contract before
the agreed period expires, with immediate effect and without compensation
for the accommodation fee. -
In the event of disorderly conduct, whether under the influence of alcohol
or any other substance, or in the event of unsuitability, the operator of the
accommodation facility has the right, with the assistance of private security
or the Police, to terminate the guest’s stay with immediate effect.
