General Terms and Conditions of Accommodation
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the
provider of accommodation services and the guest when booking and using accommodation
services at Penzión Rosel.

3. Reservation of Accommodation
Accommodation can be reserved in the following ways:
- through the online reservation system on the website
- by email
- by telephone
The reservation becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the accommodation
provider or once payment has been successfully processed through the booking system.
4. Payment Terms
Guests may pay for accommodation using the following methods:
- online payment via payment gateway
- bank transfer
- payment on site
Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
5. Provision of Accommodation Services
Accommodation services are provided at the address of the accommodation facility
according to the confirmed reservation.
The service is considered provided on the day of arrival (check-in)
according to the reservation confirmation.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Individual arrangements regarding arrival or departure times may be agreed with
the accommodation provider in advance.
7. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:
- cancellation more than 48 hours before arrival – no cancellation fee
- cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival – cancellation fee up to the price of one night
- no-show – cancellation fee up to the full amount of the reservation
8. Refund Policy
If a reservation is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy,
any paid amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used
for the original payment unless agreed otherwise.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway provider.
Cancellation Policy
These Cancellation Policy terms regulate the rules for cancelling an accommodation
reservation at Penzión Rosel, operated by LIAD s.r.o.
1. Cancellation of Reservation
The guest has the right to cancel a reservation at any time before the beginning
of the stay by:
- using the online reservation system,
- sending an email to info@penzionrosel.sk,
- contacting the accommodation provider by phone.
The cancellation time is considered to be the moment when the cancellation notice
is delivered to the accommodation provider.
2. Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees may apply:
- cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival – no cancellation fee,
- cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival – cancellation fee in the amount of one night stay,
- failure to arrive for the stay (no-show) – cancellation fee in the amount of the full reservation.
3. Change of Reservation
The guest may request a change of reservation (for example, a change of the stay dates
or number of persons), depending on the availability of the accommodation facility.
The accommodation provider reserves the right to refuse a requested change
if it is not possible to provide the requested modification.
4. Refund Policy
In the event of a valid cancellation of the reservation, the paid amount
will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original payment,
unless agreed otherwise by both parties.
The refund may take several business days depending on the bank
or payment gateway provider.
5. Extraordinary Circumstances
The accommodation provider may individually assess a cancellation without applying
a cancellation fee in the case of extraordinary circumstances that the guest
could not influence, such as serious health reasons or other major events.

9. Liability for Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property of the accommodation
facility during their stay. The accommodation provider reserves the right to
claim compensation for damages.
10. Complaints
Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding accommodation services
without delay directly to the accommodation provider.
Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable legislation
of the Slovak Republic.
11. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution entity
if they are not satisfied with the manner in which their complaint has been handled.

13. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication
