Cancellation of Reservation<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe guest has the right to cancel a reservation at any time before the beginning<br \/>\nof the stay by:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>using the online reservation system,<\/li>\n<li>sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@penzionrosel.sk\">info@penzionrosel.sk<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li>contacting the accommodation provider by phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nThe cancellation time is considered to be the moment when the cancellation notice<br \/>\nis delivered to the accommodation provider.\n<\/p>\n<h2>2. Cancellation Fees<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe following cancellation fees may apply:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival \u2013 no cancellation fee,<\/li>\n<li>cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival \u2013 cancellation fee in the amount of one night stay,<\/li>\n<li>failure to arrive for the stay (no-show) \u2013 cancellation fee in the amount of the full reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Change of Reservation<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe guest may request a change of reservation (for example, a change of the stay dates<br \/>\nor number of persons), depending on the availability of the accommodation facility.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe accommodation provider reserves the right to refuse a requested change<br \/>\nif it is not possible to provide the requested modification.\n<\/p>\n<h2>4. Refund Policy<\/h2>\n<p>\nIn the event of a valid cancellation of the reservation, the paid amount<br \/>\nwill be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original payment,<br \/>\nunless agreed otherwise by both parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe refund may take several business days depending on the bank<br \/>\nor payment gateway provider.\n<\/p>\n<h2>5. Extraordinary Circumstances<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe accommodation provider may individually assess a cancellation without applying<br \/>\na cancellation fee in the case of extraordinary circumstances that the guest<br \/>\ncould not influence, such as serious health reasons or other major events.\n<\/p>\n<h2>6.
